No matter what I achieved or how hard I tried, it never felt sufficient. I believed I wasn’t smart enough, confident enough, pretty enough, funny enough, sociable enough or worthy enough. I questioned whether I was a good enough wife, sister, friend, daughter or mum.
I tried to lift the constant “black cloud” through external validation — achievements, approval, material success. But imposter syndrome and people-pleasing followed me everywhere.
Everything changed when I realised that the work had to start within.
My children became my greatest inspiration not just to do better, but to be better. That journey began with deep inner healing through therapy, seeking support, learning powerful mindset tools, and committing to daily self-care. As I transformed my inner world, my outer world shifted too.
My work began to thrive. My relationships deepened. And most importantly, I experienced something I hadn’t felt before… freedom. Freedom to live authentically. Freedom to feel peaceful. Freedom to be perfectly imperfect.
Today, it is both my privilege and my passion to guide others on their own wellbeing journey drawing not only from professional training in multiple therapeutic modalities, but from lived experience and genuine understanding.
You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to carry it alone.
