Self-Love
I truly believe that self-love is the missing link to moving forward with whatever the goal is. Whether it is weight loss, career, motivation, confidence or anything else, without self-love the journey is that much harder.

We are always quick to criticize, observe what we haven’t yet done, or compare ourselves negatively to others. This puts a negative strain on our minds, we don’t feel good, our motivation drops and often the stress hormone ‘cortisol ‘is released meaning we can often gain weight. When we train our thoughts to be kind to our self, the positive energy and vibes allow us to be more productive. Feeling grateful just for being here, for any task that you may have done, for the kind words you may have given your friends, for simply smiling at a stranger will change the energy around you. Feed your mind and heart with positive vibes because ‘energy flows where intentions go’.
Mindfulness
Being aware of our inner and outer environment is mindfulness. Have you ever driven somewhere and not realised how you got there because you were on auto pilot? Or talking to somebody and forgetting what they had said when they ask you a question? ‘Drifting off’, being in a ‘daze’, doing jobs on auto pilot, are all times when you haven’t been mindful to the present.
Being mindful is a key element in mental well being, being more aware of all five senses allows us to really appreciate the world around us but also helps us control our thoughts more. When we become aware of certain thought processes that can trigger stresses or anxiety, we can step back and refocus our thoughts. Mindfulness plays a great role in allowing you to relax, being aware of triggers and allowing you to change behavioural patterns leading you to live a fuller life.

Everyone can practice mindfulness and self-love through various techniques. I can show you how and help you find ways that suit you best, usually this would then become a natural part of your life.
