I met with Sheena several weeks ago not quite knowing what I was letting myself into. I dont wish to go into detail but I can honestly say it was a really good experience. It helped and I now think about things differently. Sheena has an amazing voice, you can’t help but relax. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
