If I asked whether you’d tried to lose weight before, or whether you’d been on a diet, chances are that the answer would be yes.
Losing weight can be tough; there are many ways to do it, with hundreds of diets out there up for grabs that promise great results.
So, we pick a diet, we give it 150% for the first week, maybe the first 6 months… and then the cravings kick in, or something bad happens at work, or we’ve had a rubbish day, and we reach for the treat, the ice cream, the glass of wine or the pastry. We sabotage what we are doing and we undo some of the good work we’ve done.
Sound familiar?!
Building a healthy relationship with food doesn’t mean only eating vegetables, it doesn’t mean that you can’t have a glass of wine. It means understanding your current relationship with food, and building new ones.
That’s where RTT can help with weight reduction, by understanding how your mind works in relation to food, you can begin to make changes to your behaviour. The power of Rapid Transformational Therapy is always in finding the root cause of an issue, whether that’s anxiety, phobias or weight. Looking at where your thought pattern comes from, gives us the ability to start to question the thinking behind the behaviour and in turn start to make changes.
RTT helps rewire the brain to create new and healthy behaviours to help achieve your weight reduction goals!
