I’m sure you’ve been told at one time or another to “just think positively”. That having a positive mental attitude is the answer to the way you feel and any problems or hurdles that you may be trying to work out.
Positive thinking won’t change the way you think… and there’s a very simple reason why….
It’s not how our brains work.
Since the beginning of man, our brains have been programmed to protect us. It’s natural selection, the smartest and fittest of humans survived to pass on their genes. So if you weren’t the fastest runner or the stealthiest hunter, you needed to be smart and avoid danger. Cue, our brains flight or fight response, telling us to be fearful, to hide and to be careful.
Our brains definitely weren’t telling us to think positively and hope that snake decided not to bite us, or that lion wouldn’t pounce.
So how can we actually change the way we think?
Rapid Transformational Therapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an extremely powerful and effective technique that works be addressing the root causes of your issues and getting results in as little as one session.
RTT combines the most vital elements of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy. This phenomenal hybrid of therapies allows us to go deep into the subconscious and recall areas and beliefs that are holding you back. Exploring the root causes and not just the symptoms, gives you an understanding into why you feel like the way you do, and understanding is the greatest power in freeing your mind.
RTT works on freeing you from any limiting beliefs that have created issues and leaves you feeling empowered and in control. Our mind works to protect us from harm and any beliefs that we hold that might be damaging to us.
We acquire many beliefs and negative thought patterns over time that can alter the way that we view ourselves and the world around us, Rapid Transformational Therapy works to help reprogram the brain and change these negative thought patterns into positive ones.
If we work to address the causes we can change the way we think in the future, and we can change our lives.
RTT is about long term results, it’s not about telling yourself everything is ok, it’s about dealing with the issues so that you can move on and live your best life.
